HP Laptop Screen Blinks when I plug in Charger (or take it out)

Change Refresh rate of your screen From display settings.

Solution(HP - Windows 11)

 (On Power Supply(Charger In))

Desktop

=>Right Click

=>Display Setting

=>Advance Display

=> Choose a refresh rate

=> change it 60hz to 40hz
